Album cover for Tyler Mast's "I Could Get Used to Your Love", showing an open road with acoustic guitar overlay

The second studio release from Tyler Mast, I Could Get Used to Your Love is a five-track EP cut in 2024. It features Goose drummer Cotter Ellis, and the songs blend retro 70's vibes with a modern production approach. The EP is an intentional departure from the more melancholy sounds found on his earlier works, instead favoring a groovier, more upbeat feel. Horns blare throughout the record, and Tyler is caught playing acoustic guitar on the opening track "I Could Get Used to Your Love".

Album cover for Tyler Mast's "In the Company of a Friend", with artist sitting alone on metal chair in front of wood barn

In the Company of a Friend (2022) is Tyler's first full-length release. Recorded at Tank Studios in Burlington, VT, this nine-track record is a beautiful showcase of Tyler's early studio work. Written mostly in 2021, each song tells a story of transition as Tyler worked through a divorce during the solitude of the global pandemic. Though often melancholy, the record is far from sad and brooding. Instead, listeners will catch many moments of hope, inspiration, and growth. Piano, keyboards, and organ are sprinkled throughout, and the energy of Tyler's backing band brings the record to life.
